So Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson debuted Abdul's new single "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow" on Ryan Seacrest's radio show today. The song will be featured on an upcoming - and we're sure it will be great [/sarcasm] - album titled Randy Jackson's Music Club, Vol. 1. As for the tune, it's awful, but Britney's been getting a lot of radio play lately, so there's no doubt this one will too. We're sad.

Ryan Adams Overuses YouTube
Ryan Adams and his girlfriend Jessica Joffe have reportedly broken up, and that can be a good thing, since she's commonly known as the pushed ol' Ryan towards sobriety. But now she's gone and Ryan is using his YouTube page to post ridiculously personal videos, the newest of which is titled "Jessica". We're gonna give you one guess to figure out what it's about.

New We Are Scientists video

Here's a great video I ran across earlier. The band is We Are Scientists, the song is "After Hours," and the video is pretty damn entertaining. Enjoy.

The Mars Volta rock Letterman
David Letterman's back with his original writing staff, but the curse of horrible sound still plagues the late night talk show, as evidenced by the awfully mixed version of The Mars Volta's performance of "Wax Simulacra" from last night's show. TMV were the highlight of the show, except for maybe Bruce Willis who showed up and played with the band since, as he put it, "I'm currently unemployed." Guests included Sylvester Stallone and those guys from Orange County Choppers. Things that make you go buhhhhhhh.

Black Cab Session: Okkervil River
Nothing like hearing "Big Black Car" in a minicab to get your morning started off right. Also, the poor bastard's attempt at an intro is funny enough.

Lily Allen suffers miscarriage
Very sad news for Lily Allen, as her reps have confirmed that she has lost the baby she was expecting with Ed Simon of Chemical Brothers. This is a real shame as the couple had been very excited about becoming parents, and of course anytime something like this happens it's terrible.
